Parkopedia’s new multi-domain payment platform is an expansion of the company’s existing parking payment system, which is now in use by several major automakers throughout the world. Fuel payments and other vehicle-centric services like EV charging and tolls will now be available through a single sign-on solution, eliminating the need for drivers to maintain numerous apps and accounts for their on-the-road payment needs.
The integrated system from Parkopedia manages the full aggregation and payment flow between suppliers into a single payment platform, integrating with broader car sensors to give a seamless and complete digital fueling experience for the driver. When drivers are alerted that their fuel tank is low, they will be offered real-time fuel pricing and directed to their favorite station. The platform starts the pump, initiates the transaction, and safely manages the payment from the vehicle once it arrives on-site.Discounts and loyalty programs and the delivery of electronic receipts can be applied automatically, providing drivers with a higher level of connected service and simplifying management for manufacturers.
